The General Branch of the College of the Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Hussein Abdel Hamid Makki) and tagged (criminal responsibility for forgery of the ownership of residential plots in Iraq).
The seminar indicated that the importance of the topic lies in studying and knowing the method of forgery and using the real estate ownership book, the damage that affects the state and the individual, how the state takes care of its interest first, and knowing it for the purpose of stopping or limiting this crime and the legal treatments needed to confront the problems facing the process of distributing the real estate to citizens.
The Scientific Committee in Public Law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the substantive issue in the research. to which it was assigned.
